Appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a curated, personalized experience. As availability is intentionally limited, the following policies are in place to honor each guest’s reserved time. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Changes may be made online at your convenience. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service, as this time has been specially reserved. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the same fee. • Deposits are applied toward your service total and, in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, will be retained and applied to the applicable fee.
